As a former bar owner and night-life-lover, Bob Sullivan wanted to spend a little time gambling for his Ultimate Gift. It required some strategic planning to make it happen, but Janet Sue Filberth, RN, volunteer Phyllis Dent, Maggie Dobson, HHA, and director of social work, Sherri Bickley managed to pull it all together. Special transportation arrangements were made for Bob’s visit to Ameristar Casino. He rode in style thanks to volunteer Sandy Ooms’ generosity…a complimentary limo ride! He had the opportunity to be the first to play a brand new Wheel of Fortune game, and received an official Wheel of Fortune necklace as a gift from the casino. He also enjoyed a tasty buffet and some time gambling. It was a winner of a day for everyone!
