Crossroads Hospice Announces New Executive Director of St. Louis Location
Marala Horan will lead the company’s third site in Missouri
St. Louis, Missouri – February 2, 2012
Marala Horan, AHM, has been appointed executive director of Crossroads Hospice. Located at 2380 Schuetz Road, Crossroads’ newest location will provide comprehensive, compassionate care to residents throughout St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson counties.

A seasoned health care professional with more than 25 years of experience, Horan joins Crossroads Hospice after serving as the senior regional director of Coventry Health Care in Hazlewood, MO. Prior to joining Coventry Health Care, Horan was the executive director for Healthways, directing the startup operations of a St. Louis division of the disease management company. She also served as the chief executive officer of the Missouri Pacific Employees Health Association in St. Louis, managing the employee benefit trust of an organization serving over 65,000 Union Pacific Railroad Company employees.
