Caring More Award for Social Workers

You’re the unsung heroes who help the elderly and ill. You go out of your way to connect them to resources, counsel their families, and give them the special time and attention they need. Now it’s time to recognize you.

Crossroads Hospice will honor one social worker in the Greater Dayton region with the ‘Caring More Award.’  The winner will receive a $500 cash prize, $500 for the charity of their choice and a breakfast in their honor.  

We are looking for candidates who are proven performers in their field, who go above and beyond in delivering patient care and who share our commitment to community.
