Sonia Lee, APN, GCNS-BC, a nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist, will provide expert insight into maximizing the benefits of hospice services to improve patient care and support families at the end of life.

Following the webinar, Lee will take part in an interactive Q&A session, addressing your questions on key issues from increasing access to hospice care to how hospice care can benefit your patients.

This webinar is approved for one contact hour for nurses and nurse practitioners. Based on the webinar, attendees will be able describe the benefits of hospice, list at least three barriers to early hospice care, and offer at least two strategies for early hospice admission.
