But this was no ordinary outing. It was time for her Gift of a Day.

Darlene was whisked away to her church where her Sunday School class, bridge group, and Red Hat Society friends were waiting for her.

Crossroads Hospice chaplain led them all in a paint and pallet class, giving Darlene and everyone in attendance a memorable night together and a beautiful painting as a permanent memento.
