Upcoming Events for Veterans Day
At Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care, every day is Veterans Day. Throughout the year, we recognize the sacrifices that the men and women of the United States armed forces have made to defend our nation.
Our Veteran Recognition Program acknowledges our Veteran patients by providing a certificate and honorary presentation thanking them for their service. In addition, we have been named as a partner of the national We Honor Veterans program developed by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Veterans affairs.
