94-year-old fitness instructor to teach aerobics

Do not let her age fool you! A 94-year-old woman who loves fitness is proving you can be forever young by leading an aerobics class.
Crossroads Hospice patient Beverly Howell taught a group of residents at Riverdale Assisted Living a low impact aerobics class Friday.
Her class was from 10 to 11 at Riverdale Assisted Living in the 6800 block of Raines Road and was open to residents, friends, and staff.
It is part of Crossroads' "Gift of a Day" program," aimed at bringing joy to patients' lives.
