Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications:
- A desire to see patients in both homes and facilities to support them with hands-on patient care.
- 2 years nursing experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- A personal vehicle, car insurance, and an unencumbered driving record.
- Current, unencumbered State RN license.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:
- 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Current, unencumbered State LPN license.
- 1-2 years of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Personal transportation, motor vehicle insurance, and an unencumbered driving record.
- A desire to see patients in both homes and facilities to support them with hands-on patient care.
