Hospice RN Jobs Available in Greater Dayton

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care has job openings for hospice nurses in Dayton who wish to join a team with the passion and dedication to do more for patients at end of life.

When Crossroads was founded in 1995, we began with two main beliefs:

  • Patients shouldn’t die alone.
  • Patients shouldn’t die in pain.

This philosophy has been our guide in designing a staffing model that prioritizes time spent with your patients, where you can provide the type of care and support that led you to pursue a career in nursing.

As a leading provider of patient care, Crossroads spends more time each week with patients than the national average for hospice providers. This care increases as a patient reaches their final hours, when our Evenmore Care program allows us to keep a member of our hospice team at the patient’s bedside to provide comfort and care to both the patient and their family.

Here at Crossroads, we know our most valuable asset is our staff, and we proudly promote from within. 75% of our senior leaders have been with us for more than 10 years, and nearly 25% of our senior leaders have been with us for over 20 years.
