Great Ways to Honor Veterans

Crossroads Hospice recognizes over 3,000 Veterans for their service each year as part of our Veteran Recognition program. Read some of their stories in our Real Heroes Wear Dog Tags blog series. Veterans can require a different type of care than civilians. To aide Veteran caregivers, Crossroads Hospice Chaplain James Morgan has prepared a Family Guide to Caring for Veterans. Below, we've compiled some additional ways you can recognize the Veterans in your life.
