Hospice RN Jobs Available in Memphis

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is hiring Registered Nurses in Memphis as well as Licensed Practical Nurses to join a team with the passion, determination, and desire to do more for our patients at end of life.

When Crossroads first started in 1995, we were guided by two main ideals:

  • Patients shouldn’t die in pain.
  • Patients shouldn’t die alone.

This approach to hospice care has led us to create a staffing model that puts the emphasis on time spent with your patients, so you can provide the type of support and care that drove you to pursue a career in nursing.

Among the country’s leading providers of hospice care, Crossroads spends more time with patients each week than the average hospice provider. A core service offering is our Evenmore Care program which allows us to keep a member of out team at the patient’s bedside in their final hours to offer comfort and care to the patient and support to their family.
