Tailgate and Celebrate 20 Years Providing More in Hospice Care
Crossroads Hospice continues our 20th Anniversary celebrations this week with Indoor Tailgate Parties. We welcome healthcare professionals to join us for networking and nosh and learn more about how our expert team can help yours.
In the past 20 years, we’ve grown from a small, extremely dedicated team to a much larger, still extremely dedicated team of 1,900 employees who have served over 80,000 patients.
We’re currently providing care and admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We’re expanded to 14 offices in seven states, and we all offer unique programs like Gift of a Day, Veteran’s Recognition, Life Journals along with complementary Grief Recovery Groups.
