Hospice RN Jobs Available in the Kansas City, MO Area

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care has job opportunities for hospice nurses in Independence and throughout Kansas City. Keep reading to learn more about joining a team with the passion and commitment to do more for patients.

Crossroads opened its doors in 1995 with two founding principles:

  • Patients shouldn’t die in pain.
  • Patients shouldn’t die alone.

With this in mind, we’ve designed a staffing model that puts the emphasis on time spent with your patients, giving them the care and attention that you envisioned when you decided to pursue a career in nursing.

As a leading provider of hospice care, our Crossroads team spends more time each week with our patients compared to the national average in hospice care. When your patient needs our support the most, we increase the time with them with our Evenmore Care program. This program allows us to keep one of our essential team members bedside with the patient to support them and their family through this final transition.

We are proud of the dedication of our team and are proud to watch them grow with us. 75% of our senior leadership team have worked with Crossroads for over 10 years, and nearly 25& of that team have been with us for 20 years.

Come join our team!
