Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among men and the fifth leading cause of cancer death among women. More than 238,000 new cases of prostate cancer and 22,000 new cases of ovarian cancer will be diagnosed this year. Both of these cancers are difficult to detect and may occur without noticeable symptoms, so it’s important to know your family medical history and develop a screening plan with your physician to monitor for any changes in your health.
