Monica and Dannell have forged a steady and unified bond that is driving success at the site. While “census could be higher” as with other Crossroads’ sites, operationally the Philadelphia site is meeting the needs of its patients with the highest level of end-of-life care that is Crossroads’ hallmark.
After more than 40 years in youth and pastoral ministry Tom Daniel thought he was finally ready to slow down. Growing up on a farm in upstate rural Pennsylvania Christian Bennett knew all about doing chores and working hard. Christian’s path to chaplaincy began years ago in college where, as a computer science major, he was drawn to campus ministry and a deeper calling.
As a member of the QRT (Quick Response Team) Marlene feels like she’s landed her dream position. Joining Crossroads and specializing in end-of-life care nursing was “a very good decision,” she said.
