Hospice RN Jobs Available in Oklahoma City

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is hiring Registered Nurses in the Oklahoma City area as well as Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team of nursed dedicated to doing more for patients.

Crossroads was founded in 1995 with two guiding ideas:

  • Patients shouldn’t die in pain.
  • Patients shouldn’t die alone.

This philosophy of care has led us to design a staffing model that gives time spent with your patients the highest priority, providing them with all the care and support that likely led you to pursue a nursing career in the first place.

Crossroads has been named one of America’s leading providers of patient care because we spend more time with our patient each week than the average for hospice providers. Then, just when patients and their families need us most, our Evenmore Care program allows us to keep a member of our team bedside to support them through the final transition. This is part of what makes a role at Crossroads one of the most rewarding hospice nurse jobs in Oklahoma City.

At Crossroads, we know our employees are at the heart of the care we provide. We are proud that 75% of our senior leaders have been a part of the Crossroads team for over 10 years, and almost 25% have been with us for more than 20 years.
